Kings Taka's Terms & Conditions — In Plain Bengali

Kings Taka is an online betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. By using this website and mobile application, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Kings' services are available to individuals aged 18 and above only. Kings Taka reserves the right to verify a user's age and may request proof of identity at any time.

These Terms & Conditions are available in both Bengali and English. In the event of any discrepancy in interpretation, the English version shall prevail.

To open an account with Kings, you must register with accurate and complete information. Kings reserves the right to close any account found to have been created using false details.

Each person may only register one account. If multiple accounts are found to be operated by the same individual, all accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.

• You must provide your correct name, phone number, and date of birth at registration.
• It is solely the user's responsibility to keep their account password confidential.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until identity verification (KYC) is completed.
• Sharing your Kings Taka account with any third party is strictly prohibited.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, report it to Kings Support immediately.

Once a bet placed on Kings is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. Please double-check all details before confirming your betting slip.

Kings reserves the right to change betting odds at any time. However, the odds at the time a bet is confirmed will be considered final.

If a match is left incomplete due to a technical error, official cancellation, or any other reason, Kings may declare the bet void or cancelled, and the stake will be refunded.

• Live betting rules apply to bets placed after a match has started.
• Kings reserves the right to void any bet placed at an obviously incorrect odds.
• In the event of a dispute over betting results, Kings' decision is final.

Kings Taka supports deposits via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, DBBL, and other payment methods. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.

Full account verification (KYC) is required before withdrawals can be processed. Incomplete verification may cause delays.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days.
• The same payment method must be used for both deposits and withdrawals.
• Withdrawals may be put on hold if fraudulent payment activity is suspected.
• Winnings from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.

The welcome bonus is available to new members only, and each person is eligible once. Any attempt to claim the bonus through multiple accounts will result in forfeiture of all bonuses.

• Wagering requirements must be met within the specified time after the bonus is credited.
• Typically, you are required to wager 15–30 times the bonus amount.
• Winnings from free bets cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• Kings reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the account will be investigated.

Kings Taka takes responsible betting very seriously. We want every member to treat betting as entertainment, not a source of income.

Kings offers several tools to help you manage and control your betting.

• Set daily or monthly deposit limits.
• Set a loss limit to ensure you never lose more than a set amount.
• You can take a cooling-off period at any time.
• Applying for self-exclusion will suspend your account for the specified period.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Kings Taka platform. Violations will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

• Involvement in match fixing or any form of illegal influence over a sporting event.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions through multiple accounts.
• Exploiting technical glitches or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using Kings for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to Kings' systems.
• Using another user's account credentials.

You may request to close your Kings Taka account at any time. Once your balance is verified and any pending withdrawal is processed, your account will be closed.

Kings Taka may close or suspend an account for any of the following reasons:

1. Violation of Terms & Conditions.
2. Registering with false information.
3. Failure or refusal to complete KYC verification.
4. Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
5. Accounts inactive for an extended period (over 2 years).

Any remaining balance will be returned before an account is closed; however, bonus funds may be forfeited if a breach of terms is established.

Kings Taka reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or SMS.

Continued use of Kings after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree, you may request to close your account.
